At Porcelain & Vine, our mission is to make wedding planning as simple and stress-free as possible by offering a comprehensive floral & décor package. Based on your unique vision, we will craft a bespoke plan that works within your budget without sacrificing on style.
To ensure your wedding day is consistent with the quality you see on our website, magazine features, and social media our full service wedding packages begin at $5,000 + hst for the average guest count of 80+.

Wedding florals
Allow us to make your special day even more magical with bespoke wedding florals. Susan will work closely with you to align on your preferred style & colour preferences before bringing your vision to life.

Transform your venue with elegant drapery and fabric backdrops. We have different fabrics and styles to complement your space and make the strongest visual impact.

Table Décor
When working with us, you will gain access to our decor closet , full of lovely pieces to elevate your table decor. Choose from an ever-expanding range of pretty pieces. Modern & vintage vases, table runners, candle holders, lanterns, table numbers & more. We work hard to stay on top of all the latest styles and trends.

Place Settings
Elevate your table settings by selecting from our inventory of curated plates, cutlery, napkins & glassware. If you don’t see a style you like, we offer the option of rental coordination from my “little black book,” so your table is set perfectly to reflect your unique style and taste.

If you would like to book Porcelain & Vine for your wedding, we encourage you to submit an inquiry as soon as you have set a date and secured your venue.
DISCOVERY CALL
After the initial inquiry, the discovery call is intended to align with you. Your creative vision & budget. Susan will ask questions about your inspiration pictures, venue, colour scheme and style to help craft your bespoke wedding package.
PROPOSAL
Following the discovery call, Susan will follow up with your custom proposal and quote. The proposal will include a visual guide with examples of the flowers, décor items, colour scheme & rentals you have chosen. The quote will include all costs and a breakdown of the payment schedule.
SECURE YOUR DATE
To secure your wedding date and move forward with Porcelain & Vine, we require a signed contract and 25% non-refundable deposit.
PLANNING
After securing Porcelain & Vine as a vendor, Susan will work behind-the-scenes on bringing your vision to life. You can reach out to her with any questions or concerns during this period.
1 MONTH OUT
One month prior to your event we will schedule a meeting with you to finalize all details, including guest count, flower selection & delivery.
THE BIG DAY
Your big day has finally arrived! Susan and her team will be on-site ensuring a smooth setup, styling, & tear-down process. All of the decor details are carefully managed so you can sit back and enjoy this wonderful day stress free.
